A. Public Employee Evaluation: Director of Operations; Director of Academics (Government Code §54957) A closed session was convened at 4:10 pm. The meeting was adjourned into open session at 5:09 pm. Myra reported that no action had been taken in closed session.
III. Finance Matters-Review and Approval of: A. Approval of Revised Budget for 2018-2019 School Year A. Dresser made a motion to authorize the Director of Operations to make reductions to 2018-2019 budget necessary to ensure that net income does not fall below -$100,000, while conducting an all-hands recruitment push over next two weeks, at which point the Director of Operations will report back on recruitment progress. H. Rabadi seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
