Announcing our new Middle School Elective: Medical Detectives!

This year, we're excited to introduce PLTW - Project Lead The Way's Medical Detectives, an engaging, hands-on STEM elective that brings science to life through real-world medical mysteries.

Students will step into the role of medical investigators as they analyze evidence, measure vital signs, explore DNA and genetics, study the brain and nervous system, investigate diseases, and use critical thinking to solve complex cases.

Along the way, students will build collaboration, problem-solving, and scientific reasoning skills while exploring exciting careers in healthcare, medicine, forensic science, and biomedical research.

Students will learn to:

•  Measure vital signs

•  Explore DNA & Genetics

•  Study the Brain & Nervous System.

•  Investigate Diseases

•  Conduct Laboratory Experiments
