Board Members Present: Sean Markin, Kathy Dominguez, Myra Salinas, Melanie Sauer

Others Present: Anne Lee, Marina Carrasco-Burge

Sean Markin called the meeting to order at 7:09pm. There was no public comment.

Acknowledgement of Riordan Foundation Grant – The Board acknowledged receipt of a $10,000 grant for students recruiting and outreach purposes.

Independent Study Policy – The Board reviewed and discussed a proposed policy regarding Independent study at Alma Fuerte. Sean moved to approve the contract with School Nutrition Plus; Myra seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:25pm.
